What's your role?

As a mentee, your role is to show up with curiosity and a willingness to grow. This is your chance to ask questions, seek perspective, and take active steps toward your goals with someone in your corner to support you along the way.

What's your commitment?

• Engage in at least one meeting per month (15 - 30 minutes)

• Be open and honest about your needs, challenges, and goals

•  Complete a short goal-setting form to help guide your mentorship experience

What can you expect from the experience?

• Support from someone who's been there - whether it's a faculty member or an alum, your mentor will bring experience and insights

•  A relationship that works for you - you'll collaborate wit your mentor to choose how and when you meet (in-person, phone, or video)

• Safe space to learn and grow - ask the big questions, reflect on your path, and build confidence in your direction

You don't have to do this alone.
