This program offers a tailored mentorship experience, allowing mentors and mentees to form impactful, personalized relationships. Whether you’re seeking guidance from someone with similar life experiences or career interests, the platform helps create connections that matter.

How it Works

• Participants register and complete a profile, which typically takes 10 to 15 minutes.
• Alumni and faculty can sign up as mentors, while veterinary students can participate as mentees.
• Mentees can search for and request a mentor who aligns with their career interests and goals.
• Mentors can work with as many mentees as they feel comfortable with, while mentees can have up to two mentors simultaneously.
• Mentors remain anonymous until a connection is accepted, allowing for privacy and careful matching. Once a mentor accepts a request, both participants collaborate to set goals and preferences for their relationship, including communication methods (phone, video, or in-person meetings) and frequency of connection.
